Western Realty was established in the early 1960's. Dale Arave was the owner and Broker until 1998 when his daughter Kim took over the business. Dale was a general contractor. He sold and traded ranches throughout Idaho. Always trying to improve the property acquired and leaving it better for the next person. Kim is part owner in Arave Construction Company, Inc and Wolfley Construction, LLC as well as Owner and Broker of Western Reatly.
